TERMS & CONDITIONS

Services provided will be in accordance to the defined scope of work requirements. Works provided and pricing is subject to variation should the extent of requested services change.

  • The estimate is valid for a period of 30 days from date of delivery.
  • Services will commence on client’s approval of quote or agreed date.
  • Fees charged are for services as described in the quote only unless instructed or agreed.
  • Fees do not include project management of external contractors unless stated.
  • Fees do not include manufacture, installation, media bookings, printing or production of work unless stated.
  • Payment terms are 14 days on receipt of the invoice unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur a 20% late payment fee.
  • Up front payment or a scheduled of payments may be requested: 50% Deposit on acceptance of quote, 50% upon materials approved/delivered.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

All information prepared by What Noiz is protected under international intellectual property laws governing copyright and cannot be photocopied, scanned or reproduced in any other media, or stored on any electronic device without prior consent of by What Noiz. Breach of this copyright will result in legal action.

    (a) our digital, internet, email and mobile application marketing team for the purposes of providing you our newsletter, invitations, media statements, updates and other online services; and

    Some of the third parties described above including our service providers and related bodies corporate may be in the United States and Canada and other countries, in respect of providers of technological services to us
